- Canadian Freight Forwarding Website
A Logistics Website for Air, Ocean, Road and Rail Freight
RUVO International Logistics is based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, and coordinates freight and supply chain services by air, ocean, road and rail. I structured the website so importers, exporters and distributors can understand the transport options and request a relevant quote.
- Industry: Logistics and Freight
- Location: Richmond Hill, ON, Canada
- The Challenge
Making a Complex Freight Service Mix Easier to Evaluate
RUVO works with manufacturers, traders, distributors and growing companies that buy or sell across borders. Its services span air and ocean freight, including full and less than container loads, ground and rail transport, import and export documentation, customs coordination with licensed brokerage partners, warehousing, fulfillment and cargo consolidation.
That is a lot for a business buyer to take in. The site needed to show the full picture, earn the trust of companies handing over valuable shipments, and make requesting a freight quote the obvious next step. I approached it as B2B WordPress web design, where clear structure does most of the selling.
- Scope and Features
Transport Modes, Supply Chain Services and Quote Routing
I planned the service architecture, wrote focused content for each freight mode and set up the quote path, along with search visibility work for logistics keywords.
Services Organized by Mode
Air, ocean, ground and rail freight sit alongside customs, warehousing and supply chain planning in a clear services hub, so a buyer can go straight to the part of the chain they need.
Search Terms for Freight Buyers
Headings and metadata target freight forwarding, customs coordination and supply chain services in Canada, helping importers and exporters find RUVO when they start comparing logistics providers.
Straight Talk on Complex Logistics
Each service page explains what is handled, from documentation to consolidation and cargo insurance, in plain business language that procurement teams and owners can follow.
Quote Requests at Every Turn
Request a quote and consultation prompts appear on each service page and in the header, backed by a detailed form that captures shipment information up front.

A Clear Digital Front Door for Freight Inquiries
RUVO International Logistics now has a clear digital overview of air, ocean, road and rail freight alongside its supply chain services. Importers, exporters and distributors can compare the options and submit a relevant quote request.
The project joins other business-to-business builds in the WordPress website portfolio, including industrial and engineering service companies.
Another nationwide business-to-business build is the Martinez Scrap website, and other sectors are listed under businesses I serve.
