A Service-Rich Plumbing Website for AAA Plumbing in Castro Valley

AAA Plumbing serves homes and businesses from Castro Valley, California, with work ranging from water heaters and remodeling to trenchless sewer replacement. I organized that broad service range into a clear WordPress website that helps local visitors find the right service and request an appointment.

Organizing a Large Plumbing Service List Without Overwhelming Visitors

AAA Plumbing covers far more ground than a typical plumber. Their crews work on water lines and heaters, sewer laterals, camera inspections, hydro jetting, gas lines, copper repiping and even bathroom remodels, for residential and commercial clients across several nearby cities.

With that much on offer, the risk was a cluttered site where a homeowner with a burst pipe could not find the right page. The brief called for a clear, conversion-focused plumbing website design that grouped services logically, stressed fast response and licensed work, and kept the phone number and quote form within easy reach on every screen.

Service Pages, Local Relevance and Clear Booking Paths

I planned the site as a custom WordPress build, with services sorted into water, sewer and drain, and remodeling groups. Each group links down to focused pages so visitors reach the right job in a couple of clicks.

Service Groups, Not Clutter

The navigation splits the menu into water systems, sewer and drain work, and remodeling, so a visitor looking for trenchless replacement never has to scroll past toilet installs to find it.

Local Search Foundations

Page titles, headings and copy reference Castro Valley and the surrounding service cities, giving Google clear signals about where AAA Plumbing works and which plumbing problems each page answers.

Pages for Specialist Work

Sewer lateral replacement, camera inspection, hydro jetting and heat pump water heaters each got their own page explaining the job in plain language, which helps both searchers and the people answering calls.

Always Visible Call Options

A click-to-call number and short quote form sit in the header and at the end of every service page, matching the company's round-the-clock availability for urgent plumbing problems.

How the AAA Plumbing Website Was Planned and Built

01

Service Audit

I listed every job AAA Plumbing performs, from compliance inspections to septic tanks, and flagged the ones customers usually need in a hurry.

02

Sitemap

The long list became a sitemap with three main service groups, individual job pages beneath them, and a clear route from every page to the contact form.

03

Mockups

Mockups used a clean layout with bold headings, trust points near the top and a contrasting call button, so reassurance and action appear before any scrolling.

04

Mobile-First Build

Pages were built in WordPress and Elementor and tested on phones first, since a homeowner dealing with a leak is usually searching from a phone.

05

Go-Live Checks

After final checks on forms, call links and page speed, the site went live and was submitted to Google for indexing.

The project gallery shows how the homepage, plumbing service sections and contact paths stay easy to scan across desktop and mobile screens.

A Practical Website for Plumbing and Sewer Searches

AAA Plumbing now has a service structure that covers everyday repairs, remodeling, water heaters and trenchless sewer work without forcing visitors through one long page. Each major service leads naturally toward an appointment request.

The project uses a broader service structure than the locality-led approach shown in the Complete Coast Plumbing case study.

Need to Organize a Large Plumbing Website?

I design plumbing websites that make extensive service lists easier to understand and act on. Share your services and locations to discuss the right page structure.

Castro Valley is one of several markets I have worked in, and the full list is on the service areas page.
