- Wisconsin Deck and Basement Website
One Remodeling Website for Deck Builds and Finished Basements
Brewland Construction serves Wisconsin homeowners with two distinct specialties: outdoor deck construction and interior basement remodeling. I built a WordPress site that gives each service room to explain the work while keeping project inquiries simple.
- Industry: Deck and Basement Remodeling
- Location: Wisconsin, USA
- The Starting Point
Balancing Two Very Different Remodeling Services
Brewland Construction focuses on two very different parts of the home. Decks turn a backyard into usable outdoor living space, while basement remodels turn an unfinished lower level into rooms the family actually uses. Homeowners interested in one are often interested in the other.
The challenge was to give each specialty enough room to stand on its own without making the company look like a general handyman service. The site needed to speak directly to Wisconsin homeowners, show the kind of results each project delivers, and make it obvious how to ask for a quote on either type of work.
- Project Scope
Separate Service Paths Joined by One Quote Process
I organized the deck and basement contractor website so each service has its own space while sharing a consistent look. Visitors can move between the two easily and reach a quote form from either.
Split Service Structure
The homepage introduces decks and basements as two equal paths, each leading to a dedicated page, so homeowners reach the information they came for without wading through unrelated work.
Local Wisconsin Keywords
Service pages pair deck building and basement finishing terms with the Wisconsin communities the company serves, helping the business show up in local searches for either project.
Project Focused Copy
Each service page explains what the homeowner gains, from extra outdoor entertaining space to a finished lower level, and outlines how Brewland approaches the work from start to finish.
Quote Forms on Both Paths
A short quote form and clear call buttons appear on the deck and basement pages alike, so a homeowner ready to talk never has to go back to the homepage.
- The Process
How the Brewland Construction Site Was Organized
01
Kickoff
We discussed how homeowners usually approach Brewland, which service they ask about first and how often a deck inquiry leads to a basement conversation.
02
Page Plan
I laid out a split structure with a shared homepage, one page per specialty and a single quote form feeding both.
03
Design Direction
Warm outdoor imagery for decks and bright interior shots for basements gave each page its own mood within one consistent brand.
04
Responsive Build
The site was developed in WordPress with flexible sections, so new photos of finished decks and basements can be added easily.
05
Launch Day
I tested every form and button on phones and desktops before publishing, then confirmed inquiries reached the right inbox.

Deck and Basement Pages From the Brewland Website
The project screens show how outdoor deck imagery and finished basement content live within one consistent website on desktop and mobile.
The same approach is available as a WordPress website design project for other businesses.

A Focused Website for Two High-Interest Home Projects
Brewland Construction now has a focused website that presents deck building and basement remodeling as two clear specialties. Wisconsin homeowners can find the service they need and request a quote from whichever page they land on.

Need to Present More Than One Remodeling Specialty?
I build remodeling websites that separate services clearly without making the site feel disconnected.
I also work with businesses outside Wisconsin; see where I work.
