A Plumbing Website Written for Strata Managers, Builders and Homeowners

ProPlumb Solutions works across commercial buildings, strata complexes and homes in Sydney, Wollongong and the Blue Mountains. I designed the website to speak clearly to property managers and builders while still giving residential customers an easy route to request service.

Balancing Procurement-Led and Household Plumbing Inquiries

A large share of ProPlumb’s clients manage property rather than live in it: strata committees, real estate agencies, property managers and builders. These clients care about reliability, clear communication and preventative maintenance that stops small faults turning into expensive callouts.

A homeowner-style website would not have spoken to that audience. The new site needed to present commercial, strata and residential plumbing side by side, explain the value of scheduled maintenance, and make booking a service simple for someone juggling many buildings. It sits alongside other websites I build for plumbers, but with a distinctly business-to-business tone.

Commercial, Strata and Residential Paths With Shared Credibility

I planned separate content paths for commercial, strata and residential clients, then built the site in WordPress with Elementor. Search visibility was handled through on-page optimization for WordPress from the first draft.

Three Audience Pathways

Commercial, strata and residential visitors each get a clear starting point from the homepage, so a building manager is not reading homeowner copy and a homeowner is not wading through contract language.

Visibility Across Three Regions

Service copy and headings reference Sydney, Wollongong and the Blue Mountains naturally, helping the site appear for plumbing searches across the whole area the company actually covers.

Maintenance and Repair Content

Pages cover general plumbing, pipe and water heater repairs, drain cleaning, leak detection and preventative maintenance, written to show property managers how planned upkeep reduces disruption for tenants.

Schedule a Service Flow

A prominent Schedule a Service button, a visible phone number and a direct email address give busy agents and strata managers several quick ways to log a job.

How the ProPlumb Solutions Website Was Structured

01

Audience Mapping

I began by separating ProPlumb's customer groups, from strata committees to builders and homeowners, and noting what each one needs to see before making contact.

02

Content Plan

Each audience received its own page set and messaging, with preventative maintenance positioned as a key service for property managers and agencies.

03

Design

The visual direction stayed professional and uncluttered, using a structured grid that presents services clearly and suits a firm pitching to commercial clients.

04

Build

Pages were developed in WordPress with Elementor, responsive from the start, and checked across the browsers and devices used in busy offices and on site.

05

Launch

Before going live I tested every contact route, set up the sitemap and confirmed the pages were ready for Google to crawl and index.

The project gallery shows how each customer group reaches relevant service information and an appropriate inquiry path on desktop and mobile.

Design and build ran through my standard website design process in WordPress and Elementor.

A Multi-Audience Plumbing Website With a Commercial Core

ProPlumb Solutions now has distinct paths for commercial buildings, strata complexes and residential plumbing. Property managers, builders and homeowners can reach information written for their needs and submit the right type of service request.

Does Your Plumbing Website Speak to Property Managers?

I build plumbing websites that separate commercial, strata and residential needs without fragmenting the brand.

Sydney is one of several markets I have worked in, and the full list is on the service areas page.
