A Window and Door Replacement Website for Long Island Homeowners

WindowLab installs and replaces windows and doors for homeowners from its base in Babylon, New York, serving Nassau and Suffolk County. I built the website around the two core services, practical homeowner questions and local quote requests.

Connecting Window and Door Services With Long Island Towns

Window Lab’s customers are Long Island homeowners dealing with drafts, rising energy bills and tired entry or patio doors. Many are not sure whether a window can be fixed or needs replacing, so they want plain guidance, a fair price and an installer who measures carefully and cleans up afterwards.

The site needed to cover new installations and replacements for both windows and doors, name the towns served around Babylon, West Babylon, Lindenhurst, Bay Shore and Deer Park, and keep a free quote within reach. I planned it as a window installer website that drives quote requests.

Installation, Replacement and Service-Area Content for Homeowners

My role covered design, WordPress development and on-page SEO. The menu stays short: Windows, Doors, About Us and Contact Us, so a homeowner finds the right service in one tap.

Clean Two-Service Layout

Windows and doors each get a dedicated page split into new installations and replacements, with a short How We Work section so homeowners see the whole job before they call.

Nassau and Suffolk Visibility

Service area sections list Babylon, Islip, Huntington, Commack, Patchogue and nearby towns, giving the site local relevance for window and door searches across both counties.

Plain Answers for Homeowners

A section on when to replace windows, plus FAQs on each service page, explains drafts, insulation, noise and curb appeal in everyday language without technical jargon.

Free Estimate Forms

Free window quote and door estimate forms appear on the homepage and service pages, backed by the phone number, email and Monday to Saturday opening hours.

How the WindowLab Website Was Built Around Local Search Intent

01

Service Review

I listed every job Window Lab takes on, from new window installs to front door replacements, and the towns the team wanted to prioritize.

02

Page Plan

Windows and Doors became separate pages, each ending in a three step process of consultation, measuring and installation with cleanup.

03

Visual Direction

Bright home photography, strong headings and generous spacing gave the brand a clean, trustworthy look suited to residential customers.

04

WordPress Build

Reusable sections for service areas, FAQs and quote forms kept both service pages consistent and simple for the team to update.

05

Go Live

Quote forms, click to call links and mobile layouts were tested across devices before the site launched for Long Island homeowners.

The same approach is available as a WordPress website design project for other businesses.

A Correctly Located Website for Long Island Home Upgrades

WindowLab now has a correctly located service website for window and door installation and replacement across Babylon, Nassau County and Suffolk County. Long Island homeowners can compare the two service areas and request a free quote from a clear path.
