A Multi-Service Remodeling Website for the Kansas City Metro

RiverFront Contractors serves Kansas City homeowners with basement finishing, bathroom remodeling, deck construction and painting. I built the website to separate those services, cover communities across the metro and keep estimate requests easy to start.

Four Remodeling Services Across a Two-State Metro

RiverFront Contractors works across the wider Kansas City metro, from Lenexa and Overland Park in Kansas to Parkville in Missouri. Its customers are homeowners upgrading the spaces they already live in: a finished basement, a new bathroom, a deck or a fresh coat of paint.

A single homepage could not speak to all of those neighborhoods at once. The company needed a site that showed its four core services clearly, backed them with messages about honest communication and quality work, and gave each suburb a page of its own so homeowners there could find a local remodeler quickly.

Service and Location Structure for Kansas City Homeowners

I combined dedicated service pages with city focused landing pages, a common approach in websites for remodeling companies that serve a whole metro area.

Metro Wide Structure

Navigation separates services from service areas, so a homeowner can browse by project type or jump straight to the page for their own suburb without confusion.

City Landing Pages

Location pages for places such as Lenexa, Overland Park and Parkville give the company a stronger footing in local searches across both Kansas and Missouri.

Four Core Services

Basement finishing, bathroom remodeling, deck construction and painting each have their own content describing the work involved, the steps of the process and what homeowners in the area can expect.

Estimate Requests Everywhere

Estimate and consultation buttons sit on every service and city page, and the form asks just enough to let the team reply with useful next steps.

How the RiverFront Contractors Website Was Mapped and Built

01

Area Review

We listed the suburbs RiverFront serves most and the services homeowners in each area ask about, which shaped the landing page plan.

02

Content Plan

I mapped four service pages and a set of city pages, each with its own heading and copy to avoid repetition.

03

Interface

A clean, trustworthy design with clear project imagery helped homeowners across the metro picture what their own remodel could look like.

04

Implementation

The responsive WordPress build used shared templates for city pages so new service areas can be added quickly later.

05

Release

I checked every estimate form, button and internal link across the service and city pages on phones and desktops before the site launched.

The build followed my usual WordPress website design process, from page plan to launch.

A Broader Remodeling Website That Still Feels Easy to Navigate

RiverFront Contractors now presents basement finishing, bathroom remodeling, deck construction and painting within one Kansas City service structure. Homeowners can choose the relevant project type and request an estimate from any major route.
